Shipping Policy

At BXL, we strive to get your perfectly fitting, high-quality glasses to you as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major US holidays) after payment and prescription verification are confirmed.

Prescription Orders: Please allow additional time for us to carefully craft your lenses. Once your prescription is verified, lens production typically takes 3–5 business days before your order is shipped.

BXL currently ships to the following countries and regions:

United States (excluding Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Armed Forces zones)

European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden

Other European countries: Norway, Switzerland, Serbia, Turkey

4. Taxes and Duties

All applicable taxes and import duties for orders shipped to the above destinations are covered by BXL. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.


5. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 12–24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

If you have not received your shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at bxleyewear@gmail.com.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

BXL is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure at the time of order placement. We are not liable for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


7. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at bxleyewear@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


8. Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at bxleyewear@gmail.com. We can only modify the address if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once a package is shipped, we cannot reroute it.
