To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of the following criteria:

It must be in brand new, unworn condition with no signs of use, scratches, or alterations.

All original tags and packaging must be intact and included.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

The return or exchange must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

2. One-Time Free Exchange (Non-Quality Reasons)

If the product doesn’t fit or match your style, you may request one free exchange within 30 days:

Item must be unused and in original condition.

We provide a prepaid return label and ship the new pair at no extra cost.

Exchanges are limited to one per order under this policy.

3. Refunds for Returns (Buyer’s Reason)

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items that are purchased by mistake, no longer wanted, or due to a change of mind. All sales under such circumstances are considered final.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2.Our team will respond within 24 business hours with instructions and a return authorization code (if applicable).

3.If approved, we will email you a prepaid return label (for quality-related returns/exchanges) or provide instructions for self-shipping.

4.Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories.

5.Ship the return to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked service.


Important Notes

Returns sent without prior approval or without an authorization code may be delayed or refused.

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

This policy applies only to purchases made directly from bxleyewear.com. For authorized retailer purchases, please contact them directly.

Final sale items (e.g., clearance/promotional products) are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
